Need help today. Or tonight?

Leaks, blocked drains, electrical faults and urgent property repairs do not always happen during office hours. Tell us what has happened and where you are. We’ll check for an appropriate independent tradesperson for your job.

Online requests are open 24/7. Same-day, evening and overnight attendance depends on your postcode, the work required and confirmed contractor availability. Agree call-out fees and any out-of-hours rates before work begins.

A few useful answers

Can I request emergency, same-day or overnight repairs?

Yes. Choose emergency repair, same-day, evening or overnight in the enquiry form. You can submit online 24/7 or email hello@tradelinkhomes.co.uk with your postcode and a description. We check contractor availability and confirm the next step. Attendance and response times are not guaranteed by submitting an enquiry.

Do evening or overnight jobs cost more?

They may. Ask the contractor to confirm any call-out fee, minimum charge, hourly rate, materials and VAT before agreeing to proceed. Sending an enquiry is free.

Is it free to enquire?

Yes. Sending a project enquiry is free and does not commit you to hiring a contractor. Any work, quotation and payment terms are agreed directly with the independent contractor.

What projects can I enquire about?

Kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, extensions, conversions, renovations, repairs and a range of other property jobs. Select a service or choose “Other / help me decide” in the form.

Can I enquire from my town or village?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from anywhere in the UK. We check the work needed and contractor availability for your postcode before arranging an introduction.

Will you carry out the work?

We arrange introductions. The independent contractor assesses, quotes and carries out the work under their own agreement with you.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We review your project and contact you about the next step. Where a suitable contractor is available, we ask your permission before sharing your contact details.

Do I have to accept a quote?

No. You decide whether to speak to a contractor and whether to proceed. The contractor provides their own quotation and contract.

Can I send plans or photos?

Yes. After submitting your enquiry, email plans or photos to hello@tradelinkhomes.co.uk with your name and project postcode. The form itself does not upload files.

How does TradeLink Homes earn money?

We provide an introduction service. Independent contractors are responsible for their quotes, workmanship and any required certification. We may receive a referral fee from the contractor if an introduction leads to work.

How we use your enquiry

We use your enquiry details to respond and assess a possible contractor introduction. We ask before sharing identifiable details with a proposed contractor. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing. Shopify processes the form and Zoho hosts our enquiry inbox. Contact hello@tradelinkhomes.co.uk to ask about your information.
